Farm Registration – $125 per Person Discounted registration for farms registering five or more attendees (minimum $625). Includes admission to both days of the Northwest Hay Expo, one WSHGA membership per farm group, and access to both luncheons. One registration is included with each exhibit space. Additional trade show staff tickets are available for $25 each and include coffee, snacks, the social event, and meeting attendance.  Staff registrations can be done under the tickets.  

 

IMPORTANT LUNCH INFORMATION: Due to limited luncheon seating, lunch is available only with a full Expo registration, on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. Additional lunch tickets will not be sold.

 

Because of these changes, discounted full registrations for exhibitors will no longer be offered.

 

The Trade Show will close at 2 pm on Thursday, January 21, 2027.  All exhibits may begin tearing down at this time.  Please do not dismantle your booth before the show closes.  Early dismantling will jeopardize participation in future Trade Shows.  Tearing down early disrupts the consistency of the show and detracts from neighboring booths.
