2027 Festival at CCP Mobile Marketing

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2027 International Cherry Blossom Festival at Carolyn Crayton Park.

The International Cherry Blossom Festival offers Mobile Marketing opportunities for businesses, corporations, and organizations seeking to connect directly with Festival guests through interactive brand activations and face-to-face engagement.

Mobile Marketing participants may promote their organization through activities such as:

• Product demonstrations
• Promotional item distribution
• Interactive displays
• Educational experiences
• Promotional giveaways
• Customer engagement
• Brand awareness campaigns
• Retail or service promotions

A Mobile Marketing space is not a sponsorship. Participation in the Mobile Marketing program provides designated space within Carolyn Crayton Park to promote your business or organization. It does not include official Festival sponsorship benefits such as logo placement, advertising, category exclusivity, or other sponsor recognition.

Organizations interested in becoming an Official Festival Sponsor should contact the Festival separately to discuss sponsorship opportunities.

 
Application Fee

• $25 non-refundable application fee
• A 4% merchant processing fee applies to online payments.

Application Deadline

• Applications will be accepted through February 19, 2027, or until all available spaces have been filled.
• The Festival reserves the right to close the application early if capacity is reached.

Festival Dates

• March 19–28, 2027
• Approved participants must be open, staffed, and fully operational during all published Festival hours for the dates selected.

Mobile Marketing Options with Pricing

• Individual Weekdays (Monday–Thursday) – 20' × 20' - $1,000 per day
• Individual Weekend Days (Friday–Sunday) – 20' × 20' - $1,500 per day
• One Weekend (Friday–Sunday) – 20' × 20' - $3,000
• Both Weekends – 20' × 20' - $6,000
• Entire Festival (10 Days) – 20' × 20' - $10,000
• Organizations requiring space larger than 20' × 20' should contact the Festival for pricing prior to submitting an application.

Space & Setup

• All Mobile Marketing spaces are outdoors.
• The Festival assigns all locations.
• Participants may not relocate without prior written approval from Festival staff.
• Participants are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, and other equipment unless otherwise arranged.
  RV camping is not available.

Electrical Service

• Electrical service is limited and is not guaranteed.
• If power is requested, applicants must specify their electrical requirements, including voltage, amperage, and connection type. The Festival will make every effort to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee availability.
• There is no access to running water or sewer at Mobile Marketing locations.

Presentation & Conduct

• Participants are expected to maintain a clean, attractive, and professional activation space throughout the Festival.
• All representatives must conduct themselves professionally and courteously. The use of alcohol or illegal drugs by participants, employees, or volunteers during Festival operations is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the Festival without refund.

Insurance

• Approved participants must provide a Certificate of Insurance with limits of at least $1,000,000 Commercial General Liability naming: Macon Georgia International Cherry Blossom Festival, Inc. as Additional Insured.
• Certificates must be received no later than February 26, 2027.

Deposits & Payment

• A $500 deposit is required within 10 days of acceptance to reserve your space. Deposits are non-refundable.
• The remaining balance is due by February 26, 2027.
• Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of your space. Deposits are non-refundable.

Food & Beverage Distribution

• To protect the Festival's food concessionaires, Mobile Marketing participants may not sell, sample, or distribute food or beverages of any kind, including complimentary items, unless expressly authorized in writing by the International Cherry Blossom Festival. Applications proposing food or beverage distribution without prior approval will not be accepted.

Festival Policies

• The International Cherry Blossom Festival reserves the right to approve or deny any application and to remove any participant whose operation is determined to be unsafe, unprofessional, inconsistent with Festival policies, or detrimental to the guest experience.
• The Festival operates rain or shine.
