SVFF 2027 Vendor Application
September 25–26, 2027 · Clarke County Fairgrounds, Berryville, VA

Who we accept
All vendors must sell products that support the fiber arts. The SVFF Board juries every application, except 2026 vendors who apply by March 15 to keep the same spot. Acceptance depends mainly on available space and on how your products add to the variety of vendors we already have.

With your application, please include:

Photos of the goods you plan to sell. A photo of your booth at another festival is ideal.  Include the categories of the items you sell.  This will be used on the website.
Spaces and prices
All spaces are 10' × 10'. Prices don’t include Stripe processing fees.

New vendors will most likely be placed outdoors in uncovered spaces. Don’t apply unless you can bring or rent a tent. Sometimes we can place new vendors in a covered barn or pavilion.

Key dates

March 15, 2027: Deadline for 2026 vendors to keep the same space
June 15, 2027: 2027 vendors selected. Later additions are possible for emergencies and food vendors.
September 1, 2027: Ad copy due
September 24, 2027: Applications close. They may stay open for food vendors, or for new fiber arts vendors if space allows.

Payment: Due within 14 days of your invoice, through Eventeny only.

How spaces are assigned:

Previous vendors requesting the same space.

Vendors who canceled 2026 because of an emergency may have had their space held.

Vendors who took over a canceled space in 2026 get first refusal on that space if the original vendor doesn’t reclaim it. If they can’t keep it, they go to the top of the waitlist for that type of space.
Returning vendors moving to a different area:Outdoors: almost always possible
Covered barn or pavilion: often possible
Indoors: rare, and usually a single space only
Returning vendors adding space:Outdoors: almost always possible
Covered barn or pavilion: often possible, though possibly in a different barn or pavilion
Indoors: very rare
New vendors, as space allows.
Waitlists in groups 3 and 4 are first come, first served, and we record the date and time of each application, so apply early!

*To create the best layout for vendors and shoppers, SVFF reserves the right to move a vendor to a comparable space in the same building.
