Are you a Fiber Arts Teacher looking for opportunities? If so, consider applying to teach at the Shenandoah Valley Fiber Festival.
Terms & Conditions
Payment: SVFF offers $50 per hour of teaching for regional and local teachers. Nationally and internationally recognized teachers may submit an alternative fee schedule for board consideration.
Class Location: Most SVFF classes are offered at the Clarke County Recreation Center, just across the street from the festival. Dye classes are offered on the fairgrounds due to staining.
Class Sizes: Recommended by the teachers and the complexity of the topic being taught. Size may vary for different proposals.
Class Cancellation Policy: Classes will run if only 1 student signs up. We believe in teaching as many people as possible in order to carry on the fiber arts traditions. Only classes with zero enrollment will be canceled.
