To make sure food vendors have strong sales opportunities and customers enjoy a good mix of options with reasonable wait times, we are limiting food vendors to one per category. 

Categories include:  Mexican-style burritos/tacos, hamburgers, pizza, kettle corn, beverages and coffee.

AZ TPT License information:

Although commonly referred to as a sales tax, the Arizona transaction privilege tax (TPT) is a tax on a vendor for the privilege of doing business in the state. Various business activities are subject to transaction privilege tax and must be licensed. If a business is selling a product or engaging in a service subject to TPT, a license from the Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) would likely be needed as well as a transaction privilege tax or business/occupational license from the city or cities in which the business is based and/or operates. ADOR collects the tax for the counties and cities; however, tax rates vary depending on the type of business activity, the city and the county. Retail Sales are 8.43% for Arizona, Navajo County, City of Show Low Food for Home Consumption is 2% for the City of Show Low Food Sales to eat on premise is 8.43% for Arizona, Navajo County, City of Show Low.

This category is ONLY for businesses and organizations that do not need a TPT Certificate from the State of Arizona for selling services or product because they are exempt from Sales Tax collection.

Entry Fees is $45 for early registration; $50 beginning May 1st and shirt sizes 2XL, 3XL, and 4XL are an additional $5.
Each primary vehicle registration includes one event T-shirt, dash plaque, goody bag, and admission to the Friday evening Burger Burn. Additional vehicles may be entered for judging only (no shirt) for $30 each; $35 each beginning May 1st .

We can only guarantee your T-shirt Size with Registration Forms received by May 1st. Canopies must be properly secured, away from Aisles/Lanes, and a safe distance from vehicles. Show goes on, rain or shine. No Refunds after May 1st.
