Vehicle Registration

Entry Fees is $45 for early registration; $50 beginning May 1st and shirt sizes 2XL, 3XL, and 4XL are an additional $5.
Each primary vehicle registration includes one event T-shirt, dash plaque, goody bag, and admission to the Friday evening Burger Burn. Additional vehicles may be entered for judging only (no shirt) for $30 each; $35 each beginning May 1st .

We can only guarantee your T-shirt Size with Registration Forms received by May 1st. Canopies must be properly secured, away from Aisles/Lanes, and a safe distance from vehicles. Show goes on, rain or shine. No Refunds after May 1st.

Liability Release:

Liability Release: The undersigned agrees to release the Rim Country Cruisers Charitable Trust, volunteers, and anyone else connected with this event from any damage, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause that may occur to any participant in this event or by any spectator.  The undersigned is fully responsible for damage caused by their vehicle(s), pop-ups, chairs, and pets. Vehicles are to be insured as required by law. Canopy owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their canopy.

Photos taken at the show and related events may be used for promotional purposes
