By submitting this application, I understand and agree to the following:Accurate Information: I am responsible for providing complete and accurate information about the operation I intend to bring to Octoberfest, including dimensions, equipment, cooking methods, utilities, propane, generators, exterior equipment, and other operational plete Operating Configuration: Information submitted must reflect my complete proposed setup. Unit dimensions alone may not represent the total space required. Hitches, awnings, doors, cooking equipment, generators, propane, tables, storage, and other exterior items must be included where applicable.Technical Review: My submission may be reviewed by Fire, Health, Electrical, the Fox Cities Chamber, and/or other appropriate event or regulatory representatives. I agree to work directly with the reviewing party when additional information, documentation, or changes are requested.Pre-Clearance Is Not Event Acceptance: Completion or approval of this pre-clearance process does not constitute acceptance as an Octoberfest food vendor, reserve event space, guarantee a specific location, or authorize me to operate at the event.Separate Vendor Selection: Following successful completion of pre-clearance, I must submit the separate Octoberfest Food Vendor Application to be considered for participation. Vendor selection is determined by the Fox Cities Chamber.Changes After Review: I must report material changes to my submitted configuration, including changes to my unit, dimensions, menu or cooking methods, equipment, propane, generator, electrical requirements, exterior setup, or operating footprint. Changes may require additional technical review.Accommodation of Changes: If my requirements change after I have been selected or assigned an event location, I understand that the Fox Cities Chamber cannot guarantee that the revised configuration can be accommodated.Final Requirements: Pre-clearance does not replace any required licenses, permits, inspections, certificates, or final approvals. I am responsible for satisfying all requirements applicable to my operation before and during the event.Event Configuration: If selected to participate in Octoberfest, I agree to operate using the configuration reviewed through this process unless subsequent changes have been disclosed and any required additional review has been completed.By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Food Vendor Pre-Clearance process and agree to these terms.
