| Additional Vendor Space (5 Feet) | $50.00 | Non-refundable | If your complete setup is longer than the space you purchase, you must add enough additional space to accommodate your entire setup. Your total measurement must include: - Food trailer hitch/tongue - Food truck bumpers - Attached equipment - Any other part of your truck, trailer or booth that occupies event space Example: If your trailer measures 24 feet from the end of the hitch through the rear of the trailer, a 20-foot space is not large enough. You would need to purchase one additional 5-foot section for $50. Your setup must fit completely within the space assigned to you, excluding any Fire Department-required easement. |
| Extra Electrical Power | $50.00 | Non-refundable | Your base "with power" vendor fee includes the standard electrical service approved for your setup. If Octoberfest's electrician determines that your equipment requires an additional power source, an additional $50 electrical fee will be added. Each vendor is limited to a maximum of two approved power sources. When completing your application, you will be asked to list each electrical appliance and its wattage or amperage. Octoberfest's electrician will review this information and determine your final electrical requirements. |
| Easement | $100.00 | Non-refundable | Certain cooking and power equipment requires a 20-foot safety easement on one side of your setup. Equipment that may require an easement includes: - Outside charcoal grill - Outside gas grill - Generator - Propane - Hot oil/fryer equipment located outside the primary setup If the Appleton Fire Department determines that your setup requires an easement, a $100 easement fee will be added. |

I understand that the Appleton Fire Department, Appleton Health Department, event electrical personnel and Octoberfest staff may require changes before final approval. I also understand that I may not substantially change my approved menu, equipment, dimensions or setup without prior approval.
