Health & safety

2026 Festival & Concert Series – Performer Health & Safety Guidelines To ensure the safety and well-being of all performers, staff, and attendees, all acts participating in our 2026 festival and concert series are required to adhere to the following health and safety guidelines. Compliance with these rules is mandatory and non-negotiable. 1. Substance Use: Use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on festival grounds and at all associated venues. Excessive consumption of alcohol is prohibited during performance or while on stage. Performers are expected to remain professional and fully capable of performing safely. Organizers reserve the right to deny stage access or remove any performer found in violation of these rules. 2. Compliance with Laws & Venue Policies: All performers must adhere to applicable state, local, and federal laws, including health and safety regulations. Venue-specific rules, including fire codes, occupancy limits, stage safety regulations, and equipment restrictions, must be strictly followed. Performers are responsible for understanding and complying with venue rules prior to arrival. 3. Equipment & Stage Safety: All electrical, lighting, and sound equipment must meet venue safety standards. Organizers may inspect and approve equipment prior to performance. Performers must ensure that cables, stands, and props do not create hazards on stage or backstage. All pyrotechnics, open flames, or other special effects require prior written approval from festival organizers and the venue. 4. Personal Health & Preparedness: Performers should be physically and mentally prepared for their scheduled performance. Any health conditions that could impact performance safety should be disclosed to festival organizers prior to arrival. Performers are encouraged to stay hydrated and use safe warm-up practices to prevent injury. 5. Emergency Procedures: Performers must familiarize themselves with emergency exits, first aid stations, and venue emergency procedures. In the event of an incident, performers are expected to follow instructions from festival staff and emergency personnel. 6. Non-Compliance: Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the event, denial of future bookings, and potential legal action if applicable. Festival organizers reserve the right to make final decisions regarding all health and safety matters. By performing at our events, all acts acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these health and safety guidelines.

Terms & Conditions

2026 Festival & Concert Series – Performer Application Terms and Conditions By submitting this application, you (“Performer”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Application Submission Submission of this application does not guarantee selection, placement, or compensation. All applications are subject to review and approval by Goin’ Social Events (“Organizer”) at its sole discretion. Incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in disqualification. 2. Performance & Booking If selected, performance dates, times, and locations will be provided by the Organizer. Performers must confirm availability and comply with all technical, logistical, and venue requirements. Organizer reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel events at its discretion. 3. Compensation Submission of this application does not guarantee payment. Any fees, compensation, or other arrangements will be communicated separately in writing if the Performer is selected. Performers are responsible for all personal expenses, including travel, lodging, and equipment costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4. Health, Safety, & Conduct Performers must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Georgia law. Use of illegal substances, excessive alcohol, or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited during performances and on event grounds. Performers must follow all venue rules, safety protocols, and instructions from event staff. Organizer reserves the right to remove any performer violating these guidelines. 5. Intellectual Property & Media By submitting recordings, videos, or promotional materials, Performer grants Organizer permission to use such materials for promotional purposes unless otherwise noted in writing. Performer warrants that they have the legal rights to all music, videos, and content submitted. 6. Liability Performer assumes all risks associated with participation in the event. Performer releases Organizer, its affiliates, employees, and volunteers from liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation. 7. Parking & Venue Access Parking availability is venue-dependent. Performers must follow all venue parking rules. Organizer is not responsible for parking availability, fees, or violations. 8. Governing Law & Venue These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from this application or performance agreement shall be resolved under Georgia law and in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia. 9. Miscellaneous Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. By submitting this application, Performer agrees that these Terms are legally binding.
