Thank you for your interest in performing at our 2026 festival and concert series! This application is designed for acoustic acts ONLY across all genres who are interested in being considered for our lineup.

What We’re Looking For:
We welcome a wide variety of performers, including:

• Acoustic Acts across all musical genres
• High-energy performers who can engage and excite a crowd
• Acts comfortable performing at community festivals, large-scale events, concerts, and themed experiences

Information You Will Need to Provide:
To be considered, please provide the following:

• Contact and management information
• Links to music, live performance videos, and social media pages
• Technical needs and stage requirements
• Past performance history
• Availability throughout 2026
• Rate card or booking expectations

Application Review & Next Steps:
Our team reviews applications on a rolling basis. If your act is selected, we will reach out with available date options, event details, and next steps. 2026 Full Band & Performer Booking – Terms and Conditions

By submitting this application, you (“Performer”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Application Submission

Submission of this application does not guarantee selection, placement, or compensation.
All applications are subject to review and approval by Goin’ Social Events (“Organizer”) at its sole discretion.
Incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in disqualification.

2. Performance & Booking

If selected, performance dates, times, and locations will be provided by the Organizer.
Performers are responsible for confirming availability, technical requirements, and compliance with venue rules.
Organizer reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel events at its discretion.

3. Compensation

Submission of this application does not guarantee payment.
Any fees, compensation, or other arrangements will be communicated separately if the Performer is selected.
Performer is responsible for all personal expenses, including travel, lodging, and equipment costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Health, Safety, & Conduct

Performers must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Illegal substances, excessive alcohol use, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited during performances and on event grounds.
Performer agrees to follow all venue-specific rules, safety protocols, and directions from event staff.
Organizer reserves the right to remove any performer who violates these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property & Media

By submitting recordings, videos, or promotional materials, Performer grants Organizer permission to use such materials for promotional purposes unless otherwise noted in writing.
Performer warrants that they have the legal right to all music, videos, and content submitted.

6. Liability

Performer assumes all risks associated with participation in the event.
Performer releases Organizer, its affiliates, employees, and volunteers from any liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation.

7. Parking & Venue Access

Parking availability is venue-dependent. Performers are responsible for reviewing and following venue parking regulations. Organizer is not responsible for parking availability, fees, or violations.

8. Miscellaneous

Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

By submitting this application, Performer agrees that these terms are legally binding.
