2026 Festival & Concert Series – Performer Application Terms and Conditions By submitting this application, you (“Performer”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Application Submission Submission of this application does not guarantee selection, placement, or compensation. All applications are subject to review and approval by Goin’ Social Events (“Organizer”) at its sole discretion. Incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in disqualification. 2. Performance & Booking If selected, performance dates, times, and locations will be provided by the Organizer. Performers must confirm availability and comply with all technical, logistical, and venue requirements. Organizer reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel events at its discretion. 3. Compensation Submission of this application does not guarantee payment. Any fees, compensation, or other arrangements will be communicated separately in writing if the Performer is selected. Performers are responsible for all personal expenses, including travel, lodging, and equipment costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4. Health, Safety, & Conduct Performers must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Georgia law. Use of illegal substances, excessive alcohol, or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited during performances and on event grounds. Performers must follow all venue rules, safety protocols, and instructions from event staff. Organizer reserves the right to remove any performer violating these guidelines. 5. Intellectual Property & Media By submitting recordings, videos, or promotional materials, Performer grants Organizer permission to use such materials for promotional purposes unless otherwise noted in writing. Performer warrants that they have the legal rights to all music, videos, and content submitted. 6. Liability Performer assumes all risks associated with participation in the event. Performer releases Organizer, its affiliates, employees, and volunteers from liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation. 7. Parking & Venue Access Parking availability is venue-dependent. Performers must follow all venue parking rules. Organizer is not responsible for parking availability, fees, or violations. 8. Governing Law & Venue These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from this application or performance agreement shall be resolved under Georgia law and in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia. 9. Miscellaneous Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. By submitting this application, Performer agrees that these Terms are legally binding.
