THIS IS A NON-CITY HOSTED EVENT. THIS EVENT IS HOSTED BY THE KIMMSWICK VISITORS CENTER. THIS APPLICATION IS PAID TO THE CITY OF KIMMSWICK FOR UTILIZATION OF CITY PROPERTY FOR THE EVENT. ALL QUESTIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ANSWERED IN THE APPLICATION IN ORDER TO COMPLETE IT! Halloween is a time for fun, dressing up, and enjoying the company of friends. The Kimmswick Witches Night Out combines all these elements into an unforgettable night out with those 21&older! More importantly, it’s an opportunity to support vital local organizations and our non-profit visitor center, which is crucial for promoting tourism in Kimmswick. Parking instructions

Please reach out to the Kimmswick Visitors Center for questions regarding vendor parking. You will NOT be allowed to park on any city streets. Cars parked on the street after 8 a.m. will be towed at owner's expense! Vendor vehicles are permitted briefly on Kimmswick City Streets for loading & unloading ONLY. Please do not block any driveways while you are unloading. Please remember to respect our city residents and merchants, they must be able to enter their driveways to their homes and businesses. Vehicles must be moved IMMEDIATELY prior to setting up your booth location. Vendors MUST break down their booth areas prior to retrieving their vehicles for loading up. Vehicles are not allowed into city field, or either Kimmswick park for unloading/loading. This rule is strictly enforced. Please bring wagons, dolly’s etc. to transport your inventory. You can park on city streets to UNLOAD/LOAD ONLY. If you are found to be in violation of these instructions/rules, The City of Kimmswick may request you to leave. Vehicles are not allowed back onto the event grounds until the streets have been deemed safe by the Kimmswick Police Department. This is a profoundly serious safety issue to our vendors, residents, and visitors. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CITATION IF VIOLATED. The City of Kimmswick may also deem you not eligible for future events.

Health & safety

All Food Vendors must obtain a Food and Beverage Permit from the Jefferson County Health Department (JCHD) before arriving at the event unless Cottage Law applies to you. If you are a vendor with pre-packaged food and are providing samples at the event, you MUST obtain a Food & Beverage permit from the Jefferson County Health Department. Documentation must be provided to the City of Kimmswick prior to the event. NO EXCEPTIONS! You can email to: administration@ or mail to: Kimmswick City Hall 6041 Third St. P.O. Box 27 Kimmswick Mo. 63053 This is a non-city hosted event, all documentation must be turned in to the City by the Wednesday before the event (October 8th) or you will not be allowed to set up, and will NOT BE REFUNDED. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE! You may call the Jefferson County Health Department at 636-797-3737 or visit their website The Jefferson County Health Department WILL HAVE STAFF AT THE EVENT TO ENSURE FOOD VENDORS ARE IN COMPLIANCE. VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE INSURANCE, showing the City of Kimmswick as an additionally insured for minimum of 2,000,000.00 (2-million dollars). If you are cooking food, you will also need to contact the Rock Community Fire Protection District to see if you require a permit.
