You will be required to put a card payment on file to complete the application. The card WILL NOT be charged automatically, and you will be contacted upon approval to verify payment method.
The map for booth selection will be released no later than mid-July. Booth upgrade fees for prime location, corner or island booths will be noted. All other booths will be priced as inline locations. Booth applications will be approved and booth location available for prior vendors first, then in order of applications.
NON-GOLF company applications and FOOD VENDORS will be placed on a waitlist and approved by December, in order of applications received. Only 1-2 businesses per category will be selected. Food vendors are required to sell packaged food only and need a food handling permit via the Health Dept of City of Plano. Information will be sent individually to approved applicants.
Steps to register:
Please add to cart: the deposit (required). This balance will be deducted from total booth price shown.
Select the size of the booth you are interested in (shows the balance of the price minus the deposit).
Early bird rates are available until deadline, balance is due by 12/31/25 Final booth balance is due 01/14/26. Payment installments available.
Please be sure to answer all questions to ensure application processing.
If you need additional services like electricity, please add those optional services. Those payments will not be processed until 30 days from show date. Payments not made in full do not guarantee availability of optional items or services, if paid during or after set-up an additional $75 rush fee will be charged per order.
You will be contacted with an approval and confirmation before payment is processed. An initial amount of $500 will be charged to reserve booth space and the additional balance will be run by December 31st for early-bird pricing and standard pricing by January 14th.
