About the application

Welcome to the 2026 Texas Golf Expo in Dallas! Browse through our application options and email info@dallasgolfexpo.com directly with any questions or issues using the software.

 

You will be required to put a card payment on file to complete the application. The card WILL NOT be charged automatically, and you will be contacted upon approval to verify payment method. 

 

The map for booth selection will be released no later than mid-October. Booth upgrade fees for prime location, corner or island booths will be noted. All other booths will be priced as inline locations. Booth applications will be approved and booth location available for prior vendors first, then in order of applications.

 

NON-GOLF company applications and FOOD VENDORS will be placed on a waitlist and approved by December, in order of applications received. Only 1-2 businesses per category will be selected. Food vendors are required to sell packaged food only and need a food handling permit via the Health Dept of City of Plano. Information will be sent individually to approved applicants.

 

Steps to register:

Please add to cart: the deposit (required). This balance will be deducted from total booth price shown.

Select the size of the booth you are interested in (shows the balance of the price minus the deposit).

Early bird rates are available until deadline, balance is due  by 12/31/25 Final booth balance is due 01/14/26. Payment installments available.

Please be sure to answer all questions to ensure application processing. 

If you need additional services like electricity, please add those optional services. Those payments will not be processed until 30 days from show date. Payments not made in full do not guarantee availability of optional items or services, if paid during or after set-up an additional $75 rush fee will be charged per order.

 

You will be contacted with an approval and confirmation before payment is processed. An initial amount of $500 will be charged to reserve booth space and the additional balance will be run by December 31st for early-bird pricing and standard pricing by January 14th.

If you need additional services like electricity, please add those optional services. Those payments will not be processed until 30 days from show date. Set-up will be Thursday 3/19 starting at noon. More information will be provided in the exhibitor kit.

Terms & Conditions

 

 

This is an electronic agreement and by submitting your information, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below.

PAYMENT
For selection of booth and to reserve space, a 50% payment on the booth pricing is required. Early bird and discount pricing will be invoiced in
October and payment is due by 12/31/2025. Final invoicing will be done in December and full payment will be required by January
14. If a vendor cancels their contracted booth and the space can be filled, all funds minus a $25 fee will be refunded. Cancellations after March 1,
will forfeit all paid fees. Payments shall be made to Texas Golf Expos.


Management provides without charge for each 10x10 booth; one (1) identification sign displaying company name (as it appears on the Contract
for Space). One (1) 8-Ft. high draped background; and two (2) 3-Ft. high draped divider rails will be provided to inline booths. One (1) 6-Ft.
table and two (2) chairs. Pipe and drape may not be provided to large exhibit booths unless it is required as a divider between exhibitors, at
the discretion of Show Management. All other equipment must be furnished or arranged for by the Exhibitor, at their expense. Order forms for
on-site services will be provided by the show’s exclusive decorator.
SERVICES
Electrical service and internet access is provided through the facility and managed by the show, these services are available for an additional charge depending upon usage. The electrical service and internet option must be submitted with your order, per  option, the pricing will be available to include in the application and must be paid prior to the event. If ordered on-site at set up or during show hours, an additional $75 rush fee will apply.
INSURANCE AND TAXES
Management carries no insurance on Exhibitor’s property and will not be liable for loss or damage by any cause. Exhibitor agrees to procure
and to maintain in force during the entire period of Exhibitor’s presence at the Show: Policies of Commercial General Liability Insurance,
including Products and Completed Operations, with limits of not less than $100,000 per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury and
property damage, etc. Workers Compensation Insurance to satisfy the statutory requirements of the State of Texas. A broad form policy
of property insurance covering all risks of physical loss, including coverage for fire, theft, vandalism, and all extended coverage perils, on
Exhibitor’s property in the full amount of the replacement value thereof, endorsed such that the insurer waives its rights of subrogation against
The venue location, Show Management, the owners of the facility, and their employees, so that Plano Event Center, Texas Golf Shows, Avid
Media Ventures and Show Management, the owners of the facility, and their employees shall never become responsible for loss to or damage
of Exhibitor’s property. Show Management requires receipt of an acceptable certificate of insurance before the Exhibitor is permitted to move
into the Show. All exhibitors and others approved by Show Management may sign an Insurance Waiver if the above coverage cannot be met.
All exhibitors are responsible for obtaining a sales tax permit from the comptroller’s office of the state if applicable and reporting revenue for
sales of goods and services. Plano Event Center, Texas Golf Shows, Avid Media Ventures and Show Management are not responsible for any
tax liability from engaged business as a product from the expo.
INDEMNIFICATION
Exhibitor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plano Event Center, Texas Golf Shows, Avid Media Ventures and Show Management,
and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses
(including reasonable costs of investigation and attorney’s fees (collectively, the “losses”) arising from (Exhibitor’s failure to comply with any
and all federal, state, local, and municipal regulations, ordinances, statutes, rules, laws, and constitutional provisions (collectively, the “Laws”)
applicable to the Exhibitor’s performance of this Agreement, (ii) any unlawful acts on the part of the Exhibitor or its officers, directors, agents,
employees, or subcontractors, (iii) personal or bodily injury to or death of persons or damage to the property of Plano Event Center, Texas
Golf Shows, Avid Media Ventures and Show Management to the extent caused by the negligent acts, errors and/or omissions or the willful
misconduct of the Exhibitor or its officers, directors, agents, employees, or subcontractors, or (iv) the material breach or default by Exhibitor or
its officers, directors, agents, employees, or subcontractors of any provisions of this Agreement.

Prices

Booth prices $0.00 - 250.00
Booth Deposit $500.00 Non-refundable There is a $500 fee required to hold a booth space. This deposit is processed after approval is communicated and verification is received from the applicant. The next step is booth space selection. The balance of all booth fees is due 10/31/25 for early bird savings and 1/14/26 for standard pricing.
10x10 Booth $1,250.00 Non-refundable Balance of $750 due after deposit.
