2026 Downtown Vacaville Farmers Market

We are looking for musicians and entertainers to perform at the 2026-2027 Farmer's Market. These markets occur every Saturday year round (Weather permitting). This application is also for applicants who are not planning on selling anything. **If you applied for the 2026 Market before this application was posted and you are an entertainer/non-seller, you do not need to reapply.

Please fill out the application questions and provide the following documents (There are dedicated places to upload them from:

-For primary contact, copy of California Driver's License

-Copy of Vacaville Liability Waiver (download link in application)

-(Entertainers Only) Billing address

-(Entertainers Only) W-9 for 1099 tax form

Certified Farmers & Food Vendors

All food vendors must comply with City of Vacaville and Solano County Health Department requirements: 

• City of Vacaville Business License
• Copy of Seller’s Permit
• Photo of Driver’s License/ID 
• Solano County Health Permit
• Solano County Temporary Food Facility Permit 
• Fire Code Permit (for onsite cooking)
• Certified Producer's Certificate
• Certificate of Liability Insurance- Primary/non-contributory insurance endorsements  ($1M per occurrence & $2M aggregate)
• Signed Release of Liability Waiver (see documents)

• Standard Weekly Rates: Pay the regular rate.
• Flexible Attendance: No seasonal or annual commitment required—join when it’s convenient for you.
• One-Time Application Fee: $20 to apply.

All vendors, whether members or non-members, are responsible for weekly fees and any additional add-on fees.
