We love handmade items and give them priority! To create a diverse and exciting market experience for everyone, we may limit the number of vendors offering similar crafts.
Vendor Registration Checklist
To complete your application, please have the following ready:
- City of Vacaville Business License
- Copy of Seller's Permit
- Photo of Driver's License/ID
- Solano County Health Permit (if selling food)
- Solano County Fire Code Permit (If cooking on-site)
- Solano County Temporary Food Facility Permit (the type varies with your business, examples include a cottage food permit and an event food vendor)
- General and Auto Liability Insurance ($1 million per occurance and $2 million aggregate)
- Liability Waiver

Annual Membership and Seasonal Quarterly Membership. Here's what makes membership a great choice:
Membership Options (One-time membership fee)
- Annual Membership: $120/year (covers all 4 quarters) Pro-rated from March 1st
- Seasonal Quarterly Membership: $50/quarter

Non-Member Option
- First-Come, First-Served: Participation is based on availability each week.
- Standard Weekly Rates: Pay our regular weekly rate.
- Flexible Attendance: No seasonal or annual commitment—join us whenever it fits your schedule!
- One-Time Application Fee: $20
Please Note: All vendors—members and non-members alike—are responsible for weekly booth fees and any applicable add-on charges.

Market Rules & Guidelines
Setup & Breakdown
- Please complete unloading by 7:45 a.m. and keep all merchandise within your designated booth space
- A 20-foot clearance must be maintained at all times for emergency vehicle access.
- Early breakdown is not permitted. Violations may result in probationary status.
Cleanliness
- You must maintain a clean booth area and dispose of trash properly. If you're providing samples, please have a trash receptacle available at your booth.
Conduct
- For the comfort and safety of all, smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited during market hours.
Attendance
- To maintain your membership status, please notify the Market Manager if you need to miss a market. Missing 2 consecutive markets without approval may result in loss of membership status.
