Food Vendor

The Dia De Los Muertos Food Vendor Application is an online application process. No paper applications will be accepted.
To apply, complete the application form below. The application deadline is Friday, September 4th. Applicants will receive an email confirmation following receipt of the application.
Each applicant will be notified of their acceptance status by Monday, September 7, 2026.
Any vendor that does not comply with the event guidelines will be asked to forfeit their booth space and will not be invited to participate in subsequent years.

Mobile food vendors are required to provide:

1. A valid inspection from the Texas Department of State Health Services. More information can be found here: https://www.dshs.texas.gov/retail-food-establishments/permits-retail-food-establishments/mobile-food-vendors

2. Mobile Food Vendor Permit from the Georgetown Fire Department. More information can be found here: https://www.georgetowntexas.gov/development_services/permits/other_permits/special_event_permits/food_vending_requirements.php

3. Submit a copy of your Certificate of Insurance showing proof of liability coverage by October 2, 2026 – Coverage must include a minimum of $500,000 general liability coverage and The City of Georgetown listed as “additional insured” through the event dates.
