Sensory Time is reserved exclusively for our special needs festival attendees to be able to enjoy the festival in a more relaxed setting. We are looking for people to help make this event a success. By volunteering, you will be making an impact in your community and ensuring the success of this year's event. Plus you get a free festival t-shirt (while supplies last)! Students: Earn Service Hours. Clubs/Civic Organizations: Give back to the community. If you are interested in volunteering this year, please complete the application and chose the availability that best suits your schedule. Please note, you may be asked to float to other areas to help during the festival. Be sure to dress appropriately and bring water, sunscreen, etc. Must be 18 or older to volunteer. Student organizations or programs are permitted but must have adult supervision.

DISCLAIMER: Filling out an application does not guarantee your purchase of a table. Tables are sold on a first come, first serve basis. If approved, you will receive an email notification as well as a $200 invoice. If payment is not submitted by the deadline provided on the invoice (you will have one week after approval to submit payment), your application will be withdrawn and offered to the next applicant.
