DISCLAIMER: Filling out an application does not guarantee your purchase of a table. Tables are sold on a first come, first serve basis. If approved, you will receive an email notification as well as a $200 invoice. If payment is not submitted by the deadline provided on the invoice (you will have one week after approval to submit payment), your application will be withdrawn and offered to the next applicant.
Payments are to be submitted online from your invoice.
