This application is for vendors who fall under the category of crafts, direct sales, non profit organizations or general business vendors. Please ensure you select the correct vendor option for the booth space that is needed for your business.

 

*You will have to put in a credit card in order to submit your application. Please note, your credit card will not be charged upon application submission. You will see an option to select a preferred payment method on your application. The Special Events team will contact you before pushing through any credit card payments online. If you would like to pay by cash, check or credit card (Mastercard, American Express, Visa and Discover are accepted- there is a 2.75% fee for card usage) you can do so by coming into City Hall and making a payment at the Auditor's office (open M-F 8A-5P) or mailing payment to:

It’s a time together with family, friends, and neighbors to enjoy the largest, longest-running and inclusive event in Reynoldsburg. Sensory Time is reserved exclusively for our special needs festival attendees to be able to enjoy the festival in a more relaxed setting. We want them to have the best experience possible and have the opportunity to participate. We are looking for people to help make this event a success. By volunteering, you will be making an impact in your community and ensuring the success of this year's event. Plus you get a free festival t-shirt (while supplies last)! Students: Earn Service Hours. Clubs/Civic Organizations: Give back to the community. If you are interested in volunteering this year, please complete the application and chose the availability that best suits your schedule. Must be 18 or older to volunteer. Student organizations or programs are permitted but must have adult supervision.
