Established in 2006, the Southern Oregon Holiday Market is the largest Holiday Shopping Event in Southern Oregon… Filling 4 buildings, there are booth options for many vendor and product types.

Parking instructions
Authorized Vendors will be assigned to a designated parking areas at the time of the event. *No parking in fire lanes is permitted at any time.

ARTISAN- FULL PRODUCTION -New, raw materials crafted into a new product. (i.e. organic skin products, log furniture, raw element jewelry, produced and represented BY YOU)

The Jackson County Expo and its facilities are used/rented almost every week of the year… this brings people and people need food! As an Event Facility, we strive to maintain a solid roster of stellar food vendors… enabling both the Expo and interim event producers to find the perfect food vendor for their specific needs.
 
 Please fill out the application completely; any missing sections will require us to decline the application. If you have any questions, contact Stephanie Burrell, Jackson County Expo Food Vendor Coordinator, at stephanie.burrell@jacksoncountyor.gov or 541-774-8281.
 
 Our food vendor committee carefully juries the food vendor applications. Our focus will be on food vendors with a professional appearance (trailers/trucks are ideal) that provide diverse food options for our fairground guests, and food vendors to have experience in fast-paced environments with events with large attendance numbers.
 
All food vendors must have a physically and visually enclosed kitchen and prep area and meet all Jackson County Health Department regulations for food preparation.

The Southern Oregon Holiday Market! The largest Holiday Shopping event in Southern Oregon… featuring Artisan, Boutique, Confectionery, and Direct Sales businesses from Oregon and Northern California. The tradition started in 2006 with Artisan and Craft Vendors and now fills over 28,000 sq.ft of booths in 4 buildings of the JC Expo with fabulous gifts and delectable treats!
 
Embracing the entire JC Expo Campus, the Market spills into four buildings and more!!  Hosting a tremendous selection of gifts from All Vendor types… The Holiday Market is the place to showcase YOUR holiday cheer.

When and Where is this event being held?
Friday November 8th 10am to 6pm
Saturday, November 9th 10am to 6pm
Sunday, November 10th from 10am to 3pm.
At the Jackson County Expo! 
 
Is there a cost to attend?
Admission is FREE
 
VENDOR FAQs
 
What is the deadline to apply?
September 25th, 2024
*Returning have until April 30th, 2024 see below.
 
How much are the spaces?
Booths start at $1.65 sq.ft. to $2.10 sq.ft. and come in a vast variety of sizes and orientations.
 
What do the booths consist of?
Booth areas are divided by pipe and drape curtains, 8’ tall across the back and any sides or dividers will be 3’ tall. Tables are available to rent for $15 each. 
 
Is electricity available?
Electricity is available. Each booth comes with access to 5amps of power. This is enough for Christmas lights and charging phones and card readers… this IS NOT enough power for any electrical equipment i.e. a t-shirt press. Additional power is available upon request. 
 
Is WiFi available?
WiFi is available. A WiFi access code will be included with your move-in packet.  Please do not rely on the JC Expos WiFi for your payment option.
 
When can I set-up and take-down my space?
Set-up is Thursday, November 7th from 8am to 8pm and
Friday, November 8th from 7am to 9am. 
Take-down will be Sunday, November 11th after 3pm. 
Exhibits may not be taken down until the event ends.

How can I decorate my space?

You can dress up your area any way that you like to make an impact.  We often see area rugs, lights and creative shelving to draw in shoppers.  Use the internet! Look for inspiration!
No nails, screws or tape are allowed on any JC Expo structures, fixtures, furniture, walls, doors etc. 
*You CANNOT hang product on the pipe and drape structure or curtains, you may hang a banner or other booth signage using hooks provided by the JC Expo. 
*Vendors must adhere to all fire codes and all display items must be flameproof for everyone's safety.
