This is a poor way for a beloved local event to discourage bands that are trying to get familiarized with the local public of Jackson County. 25 years ago, the Expo was a great avenue that helped our band get started and recognized. Due to being able to get our start in Jackson county, we achieved music that went on to a national public television show, and their theme. Now, in trying to give back to a young band that is very good, navigating this system is a nightmare. AI has replaced phone calls on an otherwise simple process.
