All Artisans/Food Vendors, Encampments, Performers and Gamers come through the Hillsborough entrance with their FlaRF ID badge and park in the designated parking area. The only exception would be participants that are camping. Please do not block restricted areas and follow ethics of professional courtesy.

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19 By agreeing to participate in, volunteer with, or partner with Florida Renaissance Festival LLC, I agree to hold harmless Florida Renaissance Festival LLC (a Florida Corporation), and all participants, directors, volunteers, employees, and sponsors, from and against any responsibility and any and all claims, losses, fees, damages or expense. I am participating in this activity voluntarily, and hereby agree to accept any and all inherent risks of property damage, personal injury, or death. I have read this form and fully understand that by signing this form, I am giving up all legal rights and/or remedies, which may be available to me for negligence of Florida Renaissance Festival LLC. I further agree that I will release and hold harmless Florida Renaissance Festival LLC and/or all persons or agencies acting on their behalf now and through perpetuity, from any and all claims arising as a result of my participation in or attendance at the Florida Renaissance Festival. COVID-19 Addendum I am personally responsible to take any and all precautions set forth by the CDC, Health Officials, and State guidelines in order to protect yourselves while participating, attending, or performing on the premises/footprint of the Florida Renaissance Festival. Any person participating in the Florida Renaissance Festival (the Event) and/or entering Quiet Waters Park, waives all civil liability against Broward County and Florida Renaissance Festival LLC, for any injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with contracting COVID-19 at public gatherings, except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm, by the individual or entity of the premises. Any person entering Quiet Waters Park waives all civil liability against Broward County and Florida Renaissance Festival LLC, for any injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with contracting COVID- 19 at public gatherings, except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm, by the individual or entity of the premises. By signing this document, I recognize that I will be exposed to the public and many individuals and that there is no way that Florida Renaissance Festival LLC can control the experience I will have by being present at the Event on any day or given time. My health will be fully my responsibility.
