About this event
A Special Commemoration of America's 250th Anniversary with Featured Exhibit on the Founding of Our Nation & Our Community: WE THE PEOPLE: A Journey Through Great Road's History & Legacies. From April to September, this major exhibit is on display at the museum. Included is an exploration of the Revolution in the founding of our country, and the connections with RI, Hearthside and Great Road. Learn about RI hero with ties to Hearthside, Commodore Silas Talbot. His story and those of his descendants are told through displays of artifacts, historic weaponry, artwork, informative panels, and special programs. Visit Campus sites open on exhibit dates/times to get the full picture of the early years of Lincoln.
