Expo?
The next Timber Processing & Energy Expo will be held in Portland, Oregon, at
the Portland Expo Center September 23-25, 2026.
##### How can I register for the conference, and what are the registration
fees?
Attendee registration for the 2026 show will open in mid-2026. Preregistration
for all mill personnel is free. There is a $20 day of registration fee for
mill personnel walking up. Non-exhibiting manufacturers are charged a small
fee for both reg-registration and day of walk-up.
##### How can my company exhibit at TP&EE, and what are the booth pricing and
setup details?
TP&EE works on a priority system for its show floor space. Please contact
Jessica Johnson at jessica@hattonbrown.com for details and to answer
questions.
##### What accommodations are available nearby, and do you offer any hotel
discounts?
Yes! TP&EE works with several area hotels to secure room blocks convenient to
the Expo Center on a bus loop that provides free transportation from the Expo
Center to each hotel. More information will be released with booking codes in
2026.
##### Are there any networking events or special sessions during the
conference?
Yes! While organizers are still hammering out specifics, you can count on the
Beer Garden to be pouring and serving every day, as well as the _Timber_
_Processing_ magazine Person of the Year Reception to be held on the show
floor. There will also be an industry's women networking event to be held
during show week!

available?
