Ned Jazz Wine benefits [Outdoor Leadership](https://teensinc.org/outdoor-leadership) programming offered by 501c3 [TEENS, Inc.](https://www.coloradogives.org/organization/TEENSInc) uses outdoor adventure as a means for the fostering growth in youths. Participants achieve perseverance, hard skills & technical competence, healthy risk taking, community building, and environmental connection through leadership retreats, adventure outings, and camping trips. TEENS, Inc. Outdoor Leadership operates on a sliding scale to ensure that outdoor opportunities are accessible to all youth. No one is ever turned away for not being able to pay. Since 1997, TEENS, Inc. has been a trusted resource for children and youth in the mountain town of Nederland and the surrounding Peak to Peak region. **
