*DETAILS TO FOLLOW
In 2025, Juneteenth New Haven proudly celebrated its 10th Anniversary. The
event featured a wide range of activities, performances, resources, and
information for all ages. Attendees enjoyed live performances by local artists
and art exhibits showcasing Black culture and the African Diaspora. The
celebration also included the Juneteenth Basketball Tournament, featuring both
boys' and girls' games with participants from the Greater New Haven area. To
top it off, the Blue Steel Drum Line Marching Band made an unforgettable
entrance and delivered a high-energy performance that left the audience
wanting more. In addition, the event offered employment and educational
resources, health screenings, and health and wellness information. We also
proudly hosted our first-ever E-Sports Competition, presented in partnership
with ACCESS Educational Services.
