The weekend-long event includes a car show, crafts, music and dance performances, and family activities.
On Saturday, the Run Above the Clouds 10K and a one-mile run will begin at 9 a.m. A Country Square Dance with a live band will start at 8 p.m. in the school gym. Advance dance tickets are $6; $8 at the door.
Enjoy performances by elementary students of Woody Gap School, the crowning of the King and Queen, clogging, an auction, Mountain Rangers hand-to-hand combat demonstration, mountain music, and an archery demonstration. Food vendors will feature pork BBQ, hamburgers, hot dogs, funnel cakes, boiled peanuts, cotton candy, fried apple pies, homemade preserves and more.
