About this event
Hays City Market Days is held the last Saturday of every month. It features music, handmade items, produce, and more. We focus on local vendors who provide the best of Texas goods.
While our market is officially located on the line of Kyle and Driftwood we focus on the history of what the area once was. The corner on which the market lies once was Hays City Texas. The town which was established in 1908 included a 2 story hotel, a church, a department store, a livery stable, a lumberyard, and even a weekly newspaper called The Hays City Enterprise. The area's rich history goes back over a hundred years with countless stories from local families.
