The Festival of Tabla™ (FOT) unites tradition and innovation in a vibrant musical experience. As the premier assembly of Indian Classical musicians on the West Coast, it's more than a festival - it's a cultural symphony. We've set a global stage where Tabla solos resonate alongside instrumental virtuosos, vocal maestros, and mesmerizing dance pieces. Here, rising talents share the spotlight with seasoned artists, creating a melodic mosaic, where every note tells a story. From India and various other countries to the U.S., exceptional artists converge at the Festival where an unbiased platform provides for fresh voices to echo throughout the ages. The experience is beyond the music, and more about building bridges. FOT uplifts artists, fostering a vibrant sense of belonging, because it's not just about the performances, it's about fostering connections within the world music and arts community. Festival passes include access to amazing world class performances by local and international artists throughout the day + entrance to the extensive selection of educational Indian Classical Ragas, Talas and Dance workshops which happen simultaneously in the adjoining Black Box theater. *All passes include a delightful vegetarian lunch & dinner, as well as refreshing chai & coffee with snacks. We do this so you don't have to worry about where to go and eat! Jain food options will also be available.
