Old Friend Acrylic on canvas About Judy: Beginning with a career in fashion design, my love of creativity with colour and design expanded into the art world. My work has included photographic oils, watercolours, oils, inks and acrylics. With a recent relocation to Vancouver Island, I continue to be inspired. For over 3 decades, I have instructed art techniques in various Ontario venues….the Tom Thomson Art Gallery, plein air locations, retirement homes, as well as group and private sessions. Various work has been donated for fund raising events. Group shows have included the Tom Thomson Gallery, the Blue Mountain Foundation for the Arts, the Art Town Collective Studio Tour, Bridges Art Gallery, the Griffin Gallery of the Roxy Theatre and the Museum of European Art in Buffalo New York.
