· This 23" Wingspan Macassar Ebony Spirit Bird features a beautiful 3" diameter Sahasrara Marble with a suspended Gilson Opal by glass artist Kenan Tiemeyer.
· I carefully sculpt the elegant wings of each Spirit Bird on the lathe at 2500 rpm with hand held cutting tools, exhilarating!
· Then meticulously sand the entire piece to an incredibly smooth surface, sign each piece, finish with clear organic oil, and wax/buff.
· The Spirit Bird with artisan glass marble reminds us of the illimitable and inimitable potential (Spirit) within each of us.
