Pretty poor. I understand a non-refundable ticket but they claim they have been sending out messages for the anime convention since oct 4. However, when I went to buy the ticket, the website was not updated to show the new date.
Why would they be sending out notifications and not updating the site for people who are buying tickets just days before, or a week before? My friend flew in from WI for my wedding and we decided this would be something fun to do only to find out two days before that we couldn't? Even the email after I bought the ticket said that it was still the same day.
Then a 'refund window' has passed when I didn't even have my ticket during that time.
Now I need to change the ticket my friends name is under so someone else can go with me and with the poor customer service I'm sure they will say no because they just want to steal money. Next time you decide to change the date - update your website and advertise the event correctly. Thieves.

We sent out emails since Oct 4th, and our records show you read it on Oct 22nd, 7 days after the original event date. We also posted on social media and sent reminders 2 days before the event, providing ample notice of the postponement. The event date change was promptly updated on all platforms. Your claim of inadequate communication is unfounded.
Regarding ticket validity, your ticket for the original date (Oct 14-15) is valid for the rescheduled event on Dec 9-10, as clearly communicated in our updates. Few attendees had queries, but misinformation remains minimal. Refund requests were addressed within our policy, and your name change request was responded to over a week ago, with no reply from your end.
