Program Enrollment Steps:

2. Once approved, you will be provided a special coupon code

Earning and dispursements:

1. Earn 10% of each sale + each customer will redeem 5% off of their ticket price (before taxes and fees). 
2. When the event ends, you will be paid by Check, Stripe (if you have a stripe account) or Zelle.

Bonuses (only applies to Weekend Passes):

1. Sell 20 weekend passes and earn one (1) FREE Weekend Pass
2. Sell 50 weekend passes and earn an upgrade from Tier 1 to (1) VIP Weekend Pass
3. Sell 150 weekend passes and earn Tier 2 + two (2) additional FREE Weekend Passes for friends & FREE Swag. Swag perks are only available for Ambassadors.
4. Sell 200 weekend passes and earn Tier 2 & 3 + (2) Complimentary drink and meal bands for the weekend. Perks are available for Ambassadors + additional guests from tier 3.

Join our AW 2023 Cosplay Meetup Organizer positions for a chance to earn $ and festival perks for setting up cosplay meetups with us. Pick your meetup theme of your favorite anime or popular video game, confirm your final cosplay team and earn with us! Each meetup cosplay member must purchase a weekend pass.

Pay Formula

• Meetup of 10 - $50 + 1 Free Weekend Band

• Meetup of 20 - $100 + 2 Free Weekend Bands

• Meetup of 50 - $150 + 2 Free Weekend Bands + (Includes two (2) weekend meals for the organizer) 

• Meetup of 70 - $200 + 4 Free Weekend Bands + (Includes two (2) weekend meals for the organizer + 1)

• Meetup of 100 - $250 + 4 Free Weekend Band (Includes two (2) weekend meals for the organizer + 4)

If you generate a meetup of more than 100 cosplayers, please be sure to reach out to us to curate a custom meetup campaign for you.

How does it work?

• Choose the Anime Theme you would like to cosplay by signing up with this application.
• Find your Anime Theme organizer. (Before signing up, you can find an existing cosplay organizer on social media using the hashtag #AWmeetup or you can email us at talent@animewonderfest.com to inquire about how to reach out to your organizer)
• Follow-up and communicate with your organizer on meet-up details
• Enjoy our festival experience! :)
