This store has bounced around different selling sites like Etsy, but they keep getting banned likely because they do not deliver on their product. I have reached out in every way I can think of, but have been unable to get a product purchased in January of 2020 or my money back. I’m now out $50 and it looks like they’ve raised the price of the product another $5. Don’t lose your money to this scam. If you look up their Better Business Bureau profile, you’ll find similar complaints, including one where someone sent their deceased pet, and never received their money or their pet back. Absolutely disgusting.
