I loved all the products I saw and had a hard time choosing just a couple since I didn't have a lot of money to spend that day, the workers were very nice and helpful. On the other hand I saw I was charged twice on accident so I contacted customer service and Janine Hawkins lied and said they were not at the comic con I purchased my items at and there was nothing else she could do. She told me to contact the comic con team and see what to do, well they gave me the guy's email and he in fact did see the mistake of being charged twice and refunded my money. If this is the way she treats customers the she should not be in the customer service department. I will say Mr. Steele was very polite and did handle my situation correctly unlike Janine did. If you ever see them at a comic con I suggest checking out their inventory, they have a lot of awesome things!
