We confirmed the visit of Salsa Franklin Taco for our school for Teacher Appreciation Week twice. After being assured Salsa Franklin Taco could serve our 35 teachers less than 2 days before our event, they were a no show. How disappointing for our hard- working and dedicated teachers to be stood up on a week they should be celebrated! What is even more upsetting is that we tried to contact them through 2 different provided phone numbers and the email that we originally communicated from. We received no communication. It is 3 days later and still not even a phone call or email apologizing for the oversight. We were lucky enough to find another local eatery that assisted us in making sure our teachers received what they expected. Bottom line- for us, this establishment proved to be unreliable, unprofessional, and absolutely disappointing. Not recommended to my highest regard.

Dear Erica, I hope you have seen the email that I’ve sent to you in response. You are valid in your disappointment. We share in your frustration as this is a first for us too. As a new, family-run small business, we are still learning and hate that you were any part of this learning curve. We are growing faster than we ever dreamt possible and we’re working hard to take every opportunity to work events and provide quality, authentic, tacos. We worked events nonstop all weekend. We truly feel terrible at missing yours, as it just simply didn’t make it onto the calendar through our google office system. We’re looking into all the ways in which we can remedy this problem from ever happening again. Please allow us the opportunity to make it up to you by serving you and your group at another event, free of charge. The details of our request to do so are in your email.
