In brief, artists and exhibitors start by creating a business profile. Our system then guides them through the application process seamlessly. Regarding ticketing, there's flexibility for you to add tickets directly to their submissions from your admin panel. Besides the manual addition, you have a couple of other options for making tickets available exclusively to artists and exhibitors. One method is as you've suggested: creating a free ticket for this particular group and sharing the link with them directly.
