At the moment, ticket scanning can only be done through the Eventeny mobile app. Because of this, each person who is scanning does need to use the app in order to scan tickets at the gate. That said, we do have a helpful option for situations like yours! Our Hardware Specialist can reach out with details on renting equipment — including iPads — so your part-time staff can simply use the rented devices for scanning and return them after your event has ended. This can make things much easier when staffing changes from night to night and the rental fees are low to no cost at all. Keep an eye out for that message from our Hardware Specialist.
