Letting artists select their own booth
Hello! I'm new to using Eventeny as an event organizer, and I'm having an issue with how to allow my accepted artists to select their own booth from the maps I've created. Any help I can get with this would be much appreciated! I went through the tutorials and help articles and didn't see anything for this issue. Thanks!
Hi Kylie! I took a look into your applications and it looks like you don't currently have a map connected to any of your applications. If there is not a map connected, vendors will not be prompted to select their booths when their application is approved. To connect a map, you would make sure that your map is not in draft mode, and then go to your applications, click the edit button at the top right of the screen, and then make sure to check the box next to the map title that you wish to connect to the application.
