How to tie Schedule Locations to a Map

I'm hoping this is a pretty basic functionality of the maps. We have an extensive schedule, all with locations, and a map. How do I tie the two together so if someone is in a schedule, sees it is in Room XYZ that they can easily find that on the map that shows exactly where Room XYZ is?

Hi Carl! This is a great question! You are able to connect locations to a map by using sections. On your map, you would want to create a section for each room on the map and label it accordingly. Then, when creating your schedule, you'll go to each schedule item and under map location, you'll select "use map elements?". This will provide you with a dropdown that will allow you to select a section from your map. Once you've selected that, click save on your schedule item and then the attendees who click on that schedule item will see a "View on Map" option, which will take them to the map to see where that location is.
