Cancelled vs. Refunded?
We are given options to "refund" or "cancel" or "refund/cancel". Can someone tell me what the difference in refunding and cancelling is??

Hi Alexa! Refunding means that you will refund the price of the ticket back to the original purchaser. If you simply cancel the ticket, a refund would not be processed. If you choose to refund/cancel, this means that the ticket will both be refunded to the original purchaser, and the ticket will be cancelled. Hope this helps!
