Wise Animal Rescue is celebrating 10 years of saving lives.
Over the past decade, we’ve rescued and rehomed over 2,000 dogs and cats, giving each one a second chance at the life they deserve.
Now, we’re ready to build toward our next chapter.
With a dedicated rescue center, we can save more animals each month, expand access to critical medical care, and reach even more dogs and cats in need. A permanent space opens the door to consistent adoption events, stronger community connections, and greater opportunities to match animals with loving homes.
This center represents growth, impact, and possibility. It means more lives saved, more second chances, and a stronger future for the animals who need us most.

About the event
Barknic is Wise Animal Rescue’s indoor, fun‑filled day for dogs and humans taking place Saturday, August 8th from 12–5pm at Lackawanna Station in Montclair, NJ.
