About the event
Come celebrate with us as we gather to uplift and bring joy with music, fun, and community. This event will feature local APIMEDA DJs, as well as APIMEDA organizations and businesses whose impact highlights the community and goes directly back to it.
QTAPI Pride was created to have a space for organizers and community members to demonstrate the strength and resilience of the Asian, Pacific Islander, Middle-Eastern, Desi American (APIMEDA) community in the face of continued marginalization, as well as pride in identity as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. QTAPI Weekend is held annually on the last weekend of May to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month and the first week of National Pride Month, in order to uplift and honor the queer and trans APIMEDA community.
