On Saturday, August 17, 2024, we will be hosting our annual Summer Street Fest. This event is a wonderful opportunity for businesses to showcase their products and services while demonstrating their commitment to helping others. The event aims to bring the community together for a day of fun and support for local businesses, and it also serves as a platform for us to distribute free school supplies to children in need before the start of the school year. The Summer Street Fest features over 30 local vendors, 5+ food and beverage trucks, a free kids zone, and more. Our goal is to raise funds for the foundation, which will be reinvested back into the community through scholarships for local students and assistance programs for families in need. We are seeking sponsors for the event, and we would be honored to have your business participate. Your sponsorship will not only help us achieve our fundraising goals but also provide your business with valuable exposure in the community. For donations of $50 or more, your business name will be listed on our event shirt, which will be given to each child receiving school supplies. For donations of $100 or more, your logo will also be featured on our website and social media pages. Donations of $200 or more will include your logo on the main event banner, displayed prominently for 3-4 weeks before the event. Additionally, donations of $300 or more will include a 2x3 banner featuring your business at the event itself.

Gold $200.00
$200 or more gets your business name will be listed on our event shirt, which will be given to each child receiving school supplies and your logo will also be featured on our website and social media page and include your logo on the main event banner, displayed prominently for 3-4 weeks before the event.
About the event
This event is presented by In The Park Events, LC Coffee, and Ashley Inspired Designs Boutique. This event will have food trucks and 15-20 local vendors and inflatables for the kids.
