Can existing Eventeny customers apply for Mission Pricing?

Mission Pricing is currently being offered to new customers only. If you are an existing customer and believe you qualify, please reach out to your sales representative for more information.

What's included in Mission Pricing plans?

Mission Pricing plans include all core Eventeny features at 50% off for qualifying nonprofit organizations. The Mission plan is free, the Impact plan adds marketing and analytics tools, the Community plan adds mapping, volunteer management, and more for multi-track or large-scale events, and the Unity plan includes the full platform suite.

Why do I need to upload an IRS form 990?

Your IRS Form 990 (or 990-N e-Postcard, for smaller organizations) helps us verify your nonprofit status and confirm fundraising event income makes up more than 30% of your total revenue, ensuring you meet the eligibility criteria for Mission Pricing. This is a one-time verification step.

What happens if my organization doesn't qualify?

If your organization does not meet the eligibility requirements, you will be notified during the application process. You can still access Eventeny's standard pricing plans to support your events.

What does "Beta" mean for this program?

The Mission Pricing program is currently in beta. We are actively refining the experience based on feedback from nonprofits. Pricing and features may be updated as the program evolves.
