Youth Community Networking Event

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and family-friendly experience for all attendees, we ask everyone to follow these guidelines: General Safety • Follow all park rules and City of Atlanta regulations • Be respectful of event staff, volunteers, vendors, and attendees • Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times • No weapons, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior permitted • Report any suspicious activity to event staff immediately Health & Wellness • Do not attend if you are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms of illness • Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event • Practice proper hygiene and wash/sanitize hands regularly • Stay hydrated — water will be available for purchase or distribution • First aid assistance will be available on-site Food Safety • All food vendors must comply with local health department regulations • Vendors must maintain clean preparation areas • Proper food storage and handling procedures are required Heat & Weather Precautions • Dress appropriately for outdoor weather conditions • Use sunscreen and protective clothing • Seek shaded areas when needed • In case of severe weather, instructions will be provided by event staff Emergency Procedures • In the event of an emergency, follow directions from event staff and local authorities • Clearly marked exits and gathering points will be communicated during event announcements Clean-Up & Environment( We have volunteers) • Dispose of trash in designated bins • Help us keep Adair Park II clean and community-friendly • Vendors are responsible for cleaning their assigned areas
