Thank you for your interest in becoming a Merchandise Vendor at our Youth Community Networking Event hosted by Streetz Creations Studioz Inc.
We are seeking vendors who sell retail or handmade products that align with a positive, family-friendly, and youth-empowering environment.
Eligible Merchandise Includes:
• Apparel & fashion items
• Handmade goods & crafts
• Books & educational materials
• Accessories & jewelry
• Beauty & wellness products
• Branded merchandise
• Art & creative products
All merchandise must be appropriate for a family-friendly audience.

Terms & Conditions
Merchandise Vendor Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, you agree to the following:
1. Application & Approval
• Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
• Vendors are selected at the discretion of event organizers.
• Approval confirmation will be sent via email.
• Vendor fees (if applicable) must be paid by the deadline to secure your space.
2. Booth Space & Setup
• Vendors must operate within their assigned space.
• Tents must be properly weighted (no staking unless permitted).
• Tables, chairs, and displays are the responsibility of the vendor unless otherwise stated.
• Setup must be completed before the event starts.
• Early breakdown is not permitted without approval.
3. Product Guidelines
• All products must be legal and safe for public sale.
• No weapons, illegal substances, explicit material, or inappropriate content permitted.
• Event organizers reserve the right to request removal of items deemed unsuitable.
4. Conduct
• Vendors must maintain professional and respectful behavior.
• Disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund.
5. Cleanliness & Waste
• Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean.
• All trash and materials must be removed at breakdown.
6. Weather Policy
• This is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise determined.
• Vendors are responsible for weather preparation.
7. Liability
• Vendors assume full responsibility for their merchandise, staff, and equipment.
• The event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and the City of Atlanta are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage.
8. Cancellation Policy
• Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the organizer cancels the event.
• In case of unforeseen cancellation, refund decisions will be at the organizer’s discretion.
