FOOD TRUCKS: TEMP HEALTH PERMIT APPLICATION INFORMATION: Use this link to sign up for your health permit online: Once you click on the link you will need to click on INSPECTIONAL SERVICES and scroll down and choose TEMPORARY FOOD LICENSE. Each applicant will need to upload their ServSafe Managers and Allergen Awareness certifications as well as a copy of their current Health Dept. permit. There are also 2 City of Worcester documents attached to the application that will need to be filled out. HEALTH, FIRE & INSURANCE INFORMATION: If you are not licensed to Worcester, you will need to get inspected BEFORE the event or make arrangements with the WFD to inspect you onsite. Make sure you have a recent fire inspection along with an updated tagged Fire Extinguisher. You will need to reach out to the Worcester Fire Dept on your own for this inspection and permit. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE PRIOR TO THE EVENT! If you are going to utilize 2 or more propane tanks larger than grill size... You will need a propane permit if it is NOT on a food truck. The Health Department will be on site the morning of doing inspections. There are no refunds if you are sent home by either of these departments.

TEMPORARY HEALTH PERMIT INFORMATION
All food vendors are required to obtain a Temporary Health Permit from the City of Worcester.

Click on Inspectional Services
Scroll down and select Temporary Food License
Youโ€™ll need to upload:

ServSafe Manager Certification
Allergen Awareness Certificate
Current Health Department Permit
There are also two City of Worcester documents within the application that must be filled out and uploaded.

HEALTH, FIRE & INSURANCE INFORMATION


Fire Requirements
If you are not currently licensed in Worcester, you must schedule your fire inspection prior to the event.

Make sure you have:

A recent fire inspection
An up-to-date, tagged fire extinguisher
You will need to reach out to the Worcester Fire Department directly for your inspection and permit.
This must be completed prior to the event.

If you are using two or more propane tanks larger than grill size and they are not attached to a food truck, you will need a Propane Permit.

ย 

The Health Department will also be onsite the morning of the event conducting inspections.
Please be prepared โ€” if you fail inspection, you will not be allowed to vend, and no refunds will be issued.

Please upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI) in the โ€œQuestionsโ€ section of your Eventeny application.

All required COI wording and address details can be found in the attachments under โ€œDocument Templates, Files, Instructions & Waivers.โ€

EVENT LOAD-IN INFORMATION
Youโ€™ll receive your detailed Load-In Email on Friday, May 29, 2026, which will include all setup, breakdown, and parking information.

If youโ€™re bringing a trailer, please note that youโ€™ll need to unhitch your vehicle and park in the designated vendor lot.


Parking will be available around Worcester Common.

Your credit card will be charged immediately upon approval.
Payment is due at registration.
We do not offer exclusivity, and all sales are final โ€” no refunds.
