TEMPORARY HEALTH PERMIT INFORMATION
All food vendors are required to obtain a Temporary Health Permit from the City of Worcester.
Please use the following link to complete your application online:

Once on the site:
Click on Inspectional Services
Scroll down and select Temporary Food License
Youโll need to upload:
ServSafe Manager Certification
Allergen Awareness Certificate
Current Health Department Permit
There are also two City of Worcester documents within the application that must be filled out and uploaded.

HEALTH, FIRE & INSURANCE INFORMATION
Fire Requirements
If you are not currently licensed in Worcester, you must schedule your fire inspection prior to the event.
Make sure you have:
A recent fire inspection
An up-to-date, tagged fire extinguisher
You will need to reach out to the Worcester Fire Department directly for your inspection and permit.
This must be completed prior to the event.

If you are using two or more propane tanks larger than grill size and they are not attached to a food truck, you will need a Propane Permit.
ย
The Health Department will also be onsite the morning of the event conducting inspections.
Please be prepared โ if you fail inspection, you will not be allowed to vend, and no refunds will be issued.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI)
Please upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI) in the โQuestionsโ section of your Eventeny application.
All required COI wording and address details can be found in the attachments under โDocument Templates, Files, Instructions & Waivers.โ

EVENT LOAD-IN INFORMATION
Youโll receive your detailed Load-In Email on Friday, May 29, 2026, which will include all setup, breakdown, and parking information.
ย
If youโre bringing a trailer, please note that youโll need to unhitch your vehicle and park in the designated vendor lot.
Parking will be available around Worcester Common.

PAYMENT & POLICIES
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon approval.
Payment is due at registration.
We do not offer exclusivity, and all sales are final โ no refunds.
