VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS
1️⃣ EVENT PARTICIPATION
All vendors must be approved by Food Truck Festivals of America (FTFA) prior to participation.
Once accepted, vendors will receive an official “Congratulations” email confirming participation and next steps.
All FTFA events are rain or shine.
2️⃣ PAYMENT
Full payment is due upon registration.
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon approval.
There are no refunds for any reason, including illness, weather, or removal for non-compliance.
FTFA does not guarantee exclusivity of any product, category, or cuisine type.
3️⃣ REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
All participating vendors are required to submit the following documentation before the event:
Certificate of Insurance (COI): All wording and address requirements can be found in your Eventeny application.
All food vendors are required to obtain a Temporary Health Permit from the City of Worcester.

Scroll down and select Temporary Food License
You’ll need to upload:
ServSafe Manager Certification
Allergen Awareness Certificate
Current Health Department Permit
There are also two City of Worcester documents within the application that must be filled out and uploaded.
FTFA does not collect health paperwork or payment.
Fire Compliance: All vendors must meet local fire safety regulations. A tagged fire extinguisher is required in each unit.
The Fire Department will NOT be on-site the morning of the event to conduct inspections. Vendors must get inspected before the event. If you are sent home for any reason, there are no refunds.
4️⃣ ELECTRICITY
Limited power is available and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Generators must be quiet (under 70 decibels) and in good working condition.
5️⃣ ARRIVAL, SETUP & BREAKDOWN
Load-in instructions, site maps, and setup times will be sent in your Load-In Email prior to the event.
Vendors arriving after the stated cutoff time may forfeit their space and will not be allowed to enter.
Vendors must remain open for the entire duration of the festival. Early breakdown is not permitted.
Each vendor is responsible for cleaning their area and disposing of all trash properly.
6️⃣ PARKING & VEHICLES
All vendor vehicles must park in designated areas. There is only one way in and one way out of the Common.
Parking is available around the Common.
If towing a trailer, you must unhitch and move your vehicle to the vendor parking area immediately after setup.
No additional vehicles may remain behind or beside your space during the event.
7️⃣ CONDUCT & COMPLIANCE
Vendors are expected to act in a professional and courteous manner toward staff, attendees, and fellow vendors at all times.
All vendors must comply with local, state, and federal laws, including health and fire regulations.
FTFA reserves the right to remove any vendor for non-compliance, unsafe setup, or unprofessional behavior.
Vendors removed from the event forfeit all fees and may be excluded from future festivals.
8️⃣ MARKETING & MEDIA
By participating, vendors grant FTFA permission to use photos, videos, and other media featuring their business for promotional purposes.
FTFA may tag, share, or repost vendor content on social media to help promote the event.
9️⃣ FORCE MAJEURE
FTFA shall not be held liable for delay, interruption, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including weather, natural disasters, government orders, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events.
No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By submitting your application and payment through Eventeny, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
